3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout via our secure payment gateway.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

  • We believe the order is fraudulent or suspicious.

  • The product becomes unavailable.
    In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination (see our Shipping Policy).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (customs, strikes, weather, etc.).

  • Ownership of products passes to you once we hand them to the delivery carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • EU customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery.

  • Opened packages or partially returned items will only be refunded based on what we receive back.

  • Damages caused during shipping must be addressed directly with the courier, although we’ll assist with necessary documentation.

  • Any damage to the product that occurs after it has left our premises and is in the hands of the delivery company.
