Lee Chocolate Europe – Your Satisfaction Matters

We want you to love our chocolates as much as we do. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

As an EU customer, you have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it—no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return and refund:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery via 📧 info@benjaminbedankjes.nl.
You must return the products within 14 days after notifying us of your wish to cancel.

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates:

Opened packaging or partially returned items will not be refunded.
Refunds will be based on the condition and quantity of items we receive back.

If the returned items are damaged, incomplete, or not suitable for resale, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility, unless the product was received incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
